The Union Deposit Fire Company provides fire protection and Emergency Medical Services coordination for the residents of South Hanover Township. 

Fire service for the Township is provided out of two stations.  Station 1 is located at 10 West Main Street in Union Deposit and houses a 1992 E-One 2000 gpm pumper and a 2001 Ford Brush unit.  Station 2 is located at the intersection of Union Deposit and Hoernerstown Roads and houses a 1989 FMC 1250 gpm pumper and a 1997 Central States 2000 gallon tanker.

Your Fire Company is an all-volunteer organization.  Anyone interested in volunteering their time to assist the Fire Company is encouraged to contact us.  We provide all equipment and training.  You can help us in many ways, even with non-firefighting activities.  If you have any questions or would like more information, please feel free to stop by the station in Union Deposit any Monday evening, or leave a message at the station (566-8832) and we will return your call.
